A full internal and external refurbishment of this grade II listed building as part of a rebranding of the pub to the ‘Hive’ Franchise by Greene King.
The work included extending the licensed area to create a large pub garden which includes a pergola, paved and grassed areas.
A full comprehensive internal refurbishment was carried out including a full refurbishment of the toilets, bar areas and the commercial kitchen.
A full external refurbishment including repairs and decoration, the repairs that were carried out in-line with the Grade II status of the property.
